Dick's Sporting Good's Open

• Skybox Setup Tuesday, June 17^th (& June 19th)
• Pretournament Activities (Divot Days) Monday, June 23^rd 8 to noon & Sunday, June 29^th 8 to noon- Divot repair along the fairways occur on two separate days. Adult volunteers are needed. This task is relatively easy and suitable for all ages but involves a lot of walking. Repairs consist of simply filling in divots with a sand & seed mixture and tamping down with your foot. Pizza is provided following each shift.
• Tournament Activities (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Clean-Up Days)
  • Friday, June 11^th - Concert/post-concert cleanup. Meet in the tree area between #9 and #18 fairways immediately following the concert down past the concession area. Workflows consist of beverage container pick up, gather trash & stockpile trash bags, bring remaining trash to piles, bag and dispose. We also assist with disposing trash from the various corporate tents, the After Concert Area, etc. This work is all after the concert, relatively easy, and a great way to let some of the crowd disperse.
  • Saturday, June 12^th- Family Movie/Fireworks - movie starts at 7:30, fireworks start at 9:15. Some minor setup of receptacles and cleanup needed prior to and immediately following these events. This is very easy and laid-back work. This year’s movie is Lilo & Stitch 2025.
  • Sunday June 13^th- Remove trash and pvc receptacles from the course and various corporate tents, clean & store plastic receptacle. There are some opportunities during the day, but this work is mostly near or at the conclusion of the tournament.
    • Shift 1: 3:30-6:30 PM
    • Shift 2: 5:30-9:00 PM
• Post-Tournament Activities (Monday Clean-Up Day) Monday, July 14^th- Work includes stacking tables, chairs, stacking aluminum fencing (barricades), and finalize any remaining general clean-up to get the course ready to open. Any availability during the day is welcomed.
• Skybox Teardown Friday, July 18^th- Tentatively scheduled for afternoon once crews have removed items from the skyboxes. This is usually completed in one afternoon shift.

Please contact Bill Miller if you are interested in volunteering. We are primarily looking to fill volunteer spots including setup, teardown, divot days, and Saturday or Monday cleanup.
